Kadir Muratoglu is the managing director of the company that has now been established in Brisbane for 10 years. Kadir has 20 years experience in the construction industry. In his career Kadir has fulfilled many roles on a variety of projects providing him with site based experience spanning all sectors of construction. This enabled him to gain a broad understanding of the building process and contributed to the successful management of project construction, quality, time and cost. Kadir’s career origins stem from New South Wales, where he spent the first 10 years of his career constructing many Sydney Landmark projects with one of the largest construction groups in Australia- Multiplex Constructions.

• NSW Police Headquarters, Parramatta, Sydney - Value $140 million This landmark development provided 32,984m² of high-security office space in twin towers of 9 & 13 levels, with underground parking for 454 cars.
• Campbelltown Hospital Stage 2, Campbelltown, Sydney - Value $47 million. This major redevelopment of hospital including two new buildings /hospital wards and a cancer therapy centre.
